Commentary:
- Like the purple flower from which the remedy is made they can change direction and moods easily
- Sentimental, emotional, sympathetic to others, cries easily
- Can be dogmatic
- Can be very dependent on others or a chosen person
- THE suppression remedy- when unpleasant emotions, occurrences, hurt, etc. had to be hidden, suppressed resulting in other problems.
Indications

Physical complaints:
- Ear discharge
- Loss of smell
- Intolerant of fatty foods
- Recurrent respiratory infections
Emotional complaints:
- Timid, weepy disposition
- For the child the mother is the sole point of reference
- Seeks sympathy and consolation
